to submit them along with your five 5x7 photos, talent CD and entry fee (Teen only) to the address below. Talent
time limit for Miss & Teen is 90 seconds. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Each Miss contestant in the pageant will be required to raise $100 for
the Children's Miracle Network. After filling out and sending the materials above please register with CMN

If this is the first time you have raised donations you will need to click
on "New Contestants" and set up your profile. You must upload a .jpeg picture of yourself. Then you can send emails
to friends and family to get donations.
